Extract & Condense Canopies

We can supply 3 types of extract canopies that best suit your cook line taking in to consideration the required overhangs for mandatory Gas safe legislation requirements. We offer 3 types of Stainless Steel canopies covering all aspects of commercial canopy requirements. • Light Duty Canopies are nominally associated to small café Kitchens where predominantly Light duty commercial Electric appliances are installed.

• Medium Duty Canopies can be used where Light Duty Gas or Electric appliances are found in the cook line and thus larger due to the mandatory Overhangs required to meet regulations.

• Heavy Duty Full commercial Extract canopies are predominate when larger widths and depths are required where heavy Duty Gas appliances are being used or Steaming ovens that require larger frontal overhangs.

• DishwasherCondense canopies can also be supplied to allow for dealing with excessive steam over Commercial Dishwashers when the lids are opened on pass through machines.

• Manufactured from  - 1.2mm thickness - 304 grade stainless steel

• 240S grit stainless steel – a silicon enhanced sheen finish.

• Fabrication subject to +/- 3mm manufacturing tolerance.

• Supplied with integral LED Lights under.

• 1000mm - 1200mm & 1500mm Wide variants available.

• 500mm or 700mm Depth variants available.

• Removable Grease Baffle filters.

• Can be supplied as Canopy only with a 150mm spigot on the top or fitted with a top mounted centrifugal fan giving 680m3/h  - 750m3/h – over a 9m straight run.

• Height Adjustable two part Stainless Steel motor housing shroud cowling on top of the main canopy – Lower shroud hides the fan motor – upper part goes up to ceiling height to out ducting within.

• All external ducting and vent grills not supplied.

• Manufactured from  - 1.2mm thickness - 304 grade stainless steel

• 240S grit stainless steel – a silicon enhanced sheen finish.

• Fabrication subject to +/- 3mm manufacturing tolerance.

• Supplied with integral LED Lights under OR Bulked lights under – specify on discussion with our team.

• 1500mm to 2400mm Wide variants available.

• 800mm Depth variants available.

• Removable Grease Baffle filters.

• Can be supplied as Canopy only with a variable spigot size on the top or rear (dependant on the canopy overall width) allowing downstream external fans by others.

• Can be supplied and fitted with an internal Fan sized to suit the width of the canopy and the length of ducting to external vent.

• Can be supplied with a Top skirt to go from the canopy to the ceiling on request as details of any false ceiling in the room should be discussed at point of specification.

• All external ducting and vent grills not supplied.

• Removable Grease Baffle filters.

• Can be supplied as Canopy only with a variable spigot size on the top or rear (dependant on the canopy overall width potentially multiple spigots dependant on canopy size) allowing downstream external fans by others.

• Can be supplied and fitted with an internal Fan sized to suit the width / Depth of the canopy and the length of ducting to external vent.

• Can be specified with an Integral Fresh Air supply front facia Grill allow for the Kitchen Fresh air replenishment make up air to vent via the front facia of the extract canopy via a integral plenum Chamber connected to a external spigot allowing up-stream external fans by others.

• Can be supplied with a Top skirt to go from the canopy to the ceiling on request as details of any false ceiling in the room should be discussed at point of specification.

• All external ducting (inlet and outlet) vent grills not supplied but can be discussed as a complete system supplied fitted and installed.

• Noise suppression and Fire suppression systems can also be discussed at point of specification on more complex systems.

• Manufactured from SHEET - 1.2mm thickness - 304 grade stainless steel

• 240S grit stainless steel – a silicon enhanced sheen finish.

• Fabrication subject to +/- 3mm manufacturing tolerance.

• Can be supplied as a Pure Condensation Canopy with a water drip edge to the bottom with a Pipe connection drain off point top waste.

• Two standard sizes available  - 1000mm x 1000mm or 1200mm x 1200mm but bespoke widths and depths can be supplied.

• Can be specified to be an Active extract system with a spigot at the top for downstream extraction or with supplied with a fan Kit supplied.

• Can be supplied with a Bulked lights under – specify on discussion with our team.

• Can be supplied with a Top skirt to go from the canopy to the ceiling on request as details of any false ceiling in the room should be discussed at point of specification.
